I didn't put it there and didn't think Bill did either. I thought maybe someone who knew Bill served in the Navy put it there. But then as I turned and drove down our street, I realized that one of our lovely new neighbors is patriotic as the street was lined with these flags.I was delighted by the display and it made me just that much happier that we moved into this new 'hood.
