The Christmas Season

I know that it's the Christmas season because there's a pine tree in my living room and I'm sick.

I always seem to get sick this time of year. What's up with that? Whatever it is can suck it.

It feels like I have the flu, but I had the flu shot and my doctors says that it's a bad sinus infection. Who gets fevers, chills, aches 'n' crap from a sinus infection? Whatever. I feel like shit and it doesn't matter what it is.

But because I missed Wordless Wednesday, I leave y'all with these pictures of us at the Christmas tree farm (and yes, the process of getting a Christmas tree starts at the minimart with a giant soda).

Oh girl, I feel your pain. Sinus infections for me are like the flu too... chills, fever, the whole nine yards. Suck it sinus infections. :)

Wait, that sounds even grosser.

Take it from a girl with the Sinus' from hell... Go to a drug store, buy the NeilMed Sinus Rinse Kit and make it a habit. It's a hard thing to learn to do...fill your sinus cavity up with solution and blast the crap out...but it works in time. Do it twice a day, you will hate it at first and it might hurt your current inflamation, but it will heal you and make you better.

Signed...Medic Sandra...the Army taught me something in EMT school.

I just started using a Neti pot a couple of months ago when I'd get a stuffy nose. But since I don't get sinus infections often, I didn't use it regularly. I will now. That sucked donkey balls.
